Shall assist the Corporate Quality Manager in assessing the quality implementation of the organization’s departments section policies and procedures along with the QMS ISO-9001 and inspection and testing of the Asphalt Batch Plant. Shall have direct experience in managing asphalt/concrete mix ingredients in accordance with the applicable ASTM, AASHTO, or ACI procedures and guidelines. Shall be able to assess the plant QC laboratory to determine that its equipment, procedures/techniques, sample recording, and result reporting comply with the applicable standards. Overseeing/managing batch plant capability and safety to meet company requirements. Shall review the performance of full-scale plant trials to determine the required engineering properties
